These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and account
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service
The Service allows you to submit music-related audio and materials for private review and feedback from mentors we make available on the platform. Features depend on your plan and product configuration.
Submissions, confidentiality, and security
- No public sharing by us. We do not publish your submissions as public content on the open web as part of the core Service. Mentors and our systems access your submissions only as needed to operate the product (for example queueing, review, storage, and support).
- Security efforts. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information and content against unauthorized access or leaks. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that breaches or leaks will never occur.
- Your responsibility. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share, and do not include highly sensitive personal data in files or filenames unless you accept the risk.
Mentor communication and off-platform contact
Mentors may reach out to you through the platform (for example regarding your submission or feedback). Unless a mentor has given you clear permission to contact them outside the Service (for example they explicitly invite you to email them or connect on another channel for a stated purpose), you must not use information you learned through the Service to contact mentors outside the platform. "Permission" means an explicit, voluntary agreement from the mentor; a generic profile link or public social handle visible elsewhere on the internet is not, by itself, permission to bypass this rule for Service-related matters.
No guarantee of outcomes
Paying for the Service or submitting tracks does not entitle you to record deals, sync placements, playlist placement, publishing or label interest, employment, introductions, or use of your work by mentors. It does not guarantee that any particular mentor will review your work or that feedback will be positive. The Service provides feedback and related product features only, as described on the site and in your plan.
License from you
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us and our mentors a limited license to host, process, transmit, display (within the Service), and create derivative feedback works (such as annotated timelines and voice notes) solely to operate and improve the Service and provide feedback you request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating law; harassing others; attempting to access non-public data; reverse engineering where prohibited; uploading malware; or circumventing quotas or payment. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Fees
Paid features are subject to our Purchase Policy. Taxes may apply as described there and at checkout.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES SUCH AS MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND MENTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and employees against any third-party claims and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to mandatory arbitration or venue rules that apply to you.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service or other users.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

These Terms are not legal advice. You should have qualified counsel review them before production use, especially if you operate internationally or in regulated industries.
